Instructions

2. Sear the Tri-Tip
- Place the tri-tip in the air fryer basket.

- Lower the air fryer temperature to 340°F (170°C).
4. Finish Cooking
- Cook the tri-tip for 10 minutes.
- Flip the roast and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature. Aim for 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
5. Rest the Tri-Tip
- Remove the tri-tip from the air fryer and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. The temperature will rise slightly during resting, ensuring the meat stays juicy.
