Ingredients:
- 16 oz ground sausage (your choice of flavor)
- 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sausage Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar, softened cream cheese, coconut flour, egg, and salt.
- Mix everything together thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the Sausage Balls:
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture to form approximately 30 sausage balls.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Air Fry the Sausage Balls:
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- Place the sausage balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch each other. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through, turning them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

- Once done, remove the sausage balls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
