Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup beer, at room temperature
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fried tomato (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine the yeast, flour, salt, and beer. Knead the mixture until a homogeneous dough forms. Cover the bowl with a clean and dry cloth and let it rest for 60 minutes.
Preheat Your Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and room temperature butter until well combined.
Assemble the Breadsticks:
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
Spread the dough evenly onto the parchment paper in the air fryer basket.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the dough.
Air Fry the Breadsticks:
Place the air fryer basket in the preheated air fryer.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the breadsticks are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Remove the air fryer basket from the air fryer and let the breadsticks cool for about 2 minutes.
Cut the breadsticks into sticks about a finger and a half thick.
