Ingredients:
2 cups of grated fresh cauliflower
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray for air frying
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a large bowl, squeeze the excess moisture out of the grated cauliflower using a cheesecloth or a clean kitchen towel.
Add the almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cauliflower. Mix well to combine.
Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, form the mixture into tots and place them on the air fryer basket. Ensure they are not touching to allow even cooking.
Lightly spray the tots with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tots are golden brown and firm.
While the tots are air frying, heat your favorite dipping sauce.
Once done, remove the tots from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
