Ingredients
For the chocolate crust:
- 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
For the mint filling:
- 8 oz (225 g) softened cream cheese
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon peppermint extract, or to taste
- 3–5 drops green food coloring (optional)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the topping:
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust: Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Divide the mixture among six small dessert jars and press gently into the bottoms.

3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until medium-stiff peaks form.
4. Make the mint filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add peppermint extract and green food coloring, if desired.
5. Add chocolate chips: Fold the mini chocolate chips into the mint filling until evenly distributed.
