🧾 Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1½ pounds beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional but adds color)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce & Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Casserole Base
- 12 oz cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or egg noodles work best)
OR - 4 cups frozen diced potatoes or hash browns (thawed)
Cheese Layer
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (optional)
Optional Toppings
- Sliced mushrooms
- Extra provolone slices on top

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
2. Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Add sliced beef in batches (don’t overcrowd the pan)
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until just browned
- Remove beef and set aside
3. Cook the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil
- Add onions and bell peppers
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more
4. Season Everything
- Return beef to the skillet
- Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and Italian seasoning
- Stir well and remove from heat
5. Assemble the Casserole
- Spread cooked pasta or potatoes evenly in the baking dish
- Top with beef and vegetable mixture
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top
6. Bake
- Cover loosely with foil
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly
7. Rest & Serve
- Let casserole rest 5 minutes before serving
- Serve hot with a side salad or garlic bread
