🍨 Instructions
Step 1 — Whip the Cream
- In a chilled mixing bowl, add the heavy cream.

- In a separate small bowl, add 3 tbsp warm water.

- Spoon mousse into 4 small serving glasses or ramekins.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
