Ingredients

  • 12 baked mini phyllo shells (or baked wonton wrappers, 1 point each)
  • 8 oz lean ground turkey (99% fat-free) or extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (low-sodium)
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1–2 jalapeños, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat:
    • In a skillet, brown the ground turkey/beef.
    • Drain any liquid, add taco seasoning + a splash of water, and cook until thickened.
  2. Assemble the cups:
    • Place the phyllo shells (or baked wonton cups) on a tray.
    • Spoon ~1 tablespoon of taco meat into each cup.
  3. Top them:
    • Add a small sprinkle of shredded cheese.
    • Dollop with Greek yogurt.
    • Garnish with diced tomato and jalapeño slices.
  4. Serve immediately (so shells stay crispy).

Tips to keep it WW-friendly:

  • Swap shredded cheese for Velveeta shreds or use less.
  • Add more zero-point veggies like lettuce, bell peppers, or onions.
