Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 cup sugar
– 2 large eggs
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp baking powder

For the Raspberry Mousse:
– 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8-inch square baking pan.
2. Mix melted butter, sugar, and eggs in a bowl. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing until combined.
3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into heart shapes with a cookie cutter.
4. For the mousse, blend raspberries with sugar until smooth. Whip cream with vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold in the raspberry puree.
5. Pipe the mousse on top of each brownie heart and chill for 1 hour before serving.
