Ingredients:

  • 12 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 1-inch cubes or use mozzarella string cheese sticks)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray (for coating)

Instructions:
