Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork (or ground beef)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or more pork)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices ham
  • 8 dill pickle slices
  • 1/4 cup mustard (Dijon or yellow mustard)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Optional: low-carb bread or lettuce wraps for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Meat Patties:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork and ground beef with the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until well-combined and form into small slider-sized patties.
  3. Cook the Patties:
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set them aside.
