Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork (or ground beef)
- 1 lb ground beef (or more pork)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices ham
- 8 dill pickle slices
- 1/4 cup mustard (Dijon or yellow mustard)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional: low-carb bread or lettuce wraps for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Meat Patties:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork and ground beef with the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well-combined and form into small slider-sized patties.
- Cook the Patties:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Set them aside.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Lay the slider patties on a baking sheet or dish. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of ham, and a pickle slice.
- Spread mustard and mayonnaise on top of each slider. If using low-carb bread, assemble with buns at this stage.
- Bake:
