- Meati Mushroom Steak: 1 package, thinly sliced
- Myokos Cashew Cheese: 1/2 cup shredded or sliced
- Plant-Based Provolone: 2-3 slices (adjust to taste)
- Olive Oil: 1-2 tablespoons for frying
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
- Whole Wheat Hoagie Rolls: 2-3 rolls, depending on size
Instructions:
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the Meati Mushroom Steak:

- Slice the cooked steak thinly.
- Combine and Melt Cheese:
- Add the sliced Meati mushroom steak to the pan with the sautéed vegetables.
- Add the plant-based provolone slices on top of the mixture, allowing them to melt.
- Stir in the shredded Myokos cashew cheese, allowing it to melt and coat the mixture evenly.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Toast the hoagie rolls if desired.
- Fill each roll with the hot vegetable and mushroom steak mixture.
- Serve immediately.
