Ingredients:-
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
- Optional: a pinch of salt or seasoning of your choice
Instructions:-
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. If you’d like, add a pinch of salt or seasoning of your choice for added flavor.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the beaten eggs and melted butter or coconut oil to the dry ingredients. Mix everything together until a dough forms. It should be thick and slightly sticky.
- Scoop out portions of the dough using a spoon or cookie scoop and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, forming them into biscuit shapes. You should get around 6-8 biscuits depending on the size.
- Optionally, you can lightly brush the tops of the biscuits with additional melted butter for a golden finish.
- Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top and cooked through.
- Once done, remove the biscuits from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving…..
