2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Twists – 1 Point

I am SO not one of those women who can throw together a dinner party and entertain on a budget. Because my hostess skills are less than desirable, I’ll usually cough up the green to have someone else plan and execute the shindig for me.

But I have begun to realize that every party comes down to five key tips and a great recipe like my 2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Twists!

Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Twists
Ingredients

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
optional: vanilla
2 eggs for egg wash
cinnamon
optional: powdered sugar for topping or glaze

Directions

Combine yogurt and flour (on a floured surface) until it forms a ball.

Roll the dough out into strands and twist two around each other. Egg wash. Bake in an Air Fryer at 400* for 10 minutes. You can also bake them in the oven.

Dust with powdered sugar.

NOTES:

Each cinnamon twist will be less than 1 SP each. Depending on the amount of twists you get out of each batch could change the Smart Points, just calculate based on your personal experience. The whole batch is 12 points.

You can use the 2 ingredient dough by itself (yogurt + self-rising flour), but I added vanilla and cinnamon to my dough to make it more flavorful.

You can use the powdered sugar and mix it with a little water to make a glaze, but remember it’ll add another point.
