1 WW POINT CORN SALAD
Ingredients
▢1 can white corn (drained and rinsed )
▢3 tbsp light mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman’s)
▢1/4 cup chopped scallions
▢1/4 cup diced tomatoes
▢salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain the corn and rinse under cold water
Add to a mixing bowl and add in the mayo, scallions, tomatoes, salt and pepper
Mix well. This tastes even better after sitting in the fridge for a bit but can be eaten immediately!
