Home Made ww potstickers cabbage recipe:


  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Coconut flour for dusting


  1. Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core. Shred the cabbage using a mandoline or a sharp knife.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the pork mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the filling onto a cabbage leaf and fold it into a half-moon shape. Use a fork to crimp the edges together.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining filling and cabbage leaves.
  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  7. Place the potstickers in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover with a lid. Let the potstickers steam for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.
  9. Serve the potstickers with your favorite dipping sauce.
