Preheat oven to 350°. While waiting for oven to heat, mix all your seasonings and parmesan cheese together in a large bowl. Remove the tails from the shrimp and toss them into your mixture. I used my hands to stir them around the mixture to ensure it stuck to each shrimp.

Once you place them into the oven, cook them for 13 minutes.
