Keto Blueberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp coconut oil for greasing the pan

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with coconut oil and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, erythritol, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, remove from the pan and slice into desired pieces. Serve and enjoy!
