Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 183 g brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp butter
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Slice up bacon and cook until done in 9 inch cast iron skillet. Put bacon aside but leave grease in pan.
- Cut up brussel sprouts. Melt butter in pan with grease. Put brussel sprouts, face down, into pan. Add garlic powder.
- Add bacon back into pan. Cook until brussel sprouts are dark.
- Finish in oven. 15 minutes at 420 degrees or until done to your likeness.
